Sibghat Sheikh "Sib" honed his Real Estate Development skills over 12 years developing multifamily, mixed use and commercial properties in Indianapolis and Bloomington. During this time Sib was involved in Midrise new construction, Missing Middle type housing development, Historic Rehabs and Adaptive reuse of commercial-to-residential. Sib then took a sabbatical from development for two years and joined Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority. At IHCDA Sib was involved in underwriting 9% and 4% tax credit applications, HOME applications and Development Fund Loan applications. Sib also helped roll out IHCDA’s 501(c)(3) Bond program and spear headed IHCDA’s Emerging XBE Developer program. Outside of work Sib is involved with various ULI initiatives and is an instructor and mentor at the Jumpstart program for Emerging XBE developers.



Prior to his career in Real Estate Development, Sib worked in the Accounting, Finance and Treasury departments of various Fortune 50 companies. Sib holds a Real Estate Broker’s license and a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter. Sib has an MBA in Finance from Duke University and a BBA in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
