Building the City of HOPE
From a desire to address community needs and help improve the quality of life of neighbors, the City of HOPE vision was born in the hearts of the Mount Paran Baptist Church family to address the physical, social, economic, educational, and spiritual needs of the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area.

In order to support the community, HOPE CDC developed a mix use master plan called they named the “City of HOPE”, located at Frankin Rd and 42nd Street. The 38-acre site is designed to allow HOPE CDC, in continued partnership with Mount Paran Baptist Church, to collaboratively complete the initiatives outlined in our Five Point Plan.
