Your non-monetary support, whether it's supplies, services, or expertise, is a valuable investment in our mission. HOPE CDC relies on generosity like yours to ensure we have the resources necessary to support community residents.

Our most pressing needs include:

  • Office supplies and furniture

  • Office equipment

  • New computers and software

  • Professional Services (IT, legal, accounting, marketing, grant writing, etc.)

Donate a Vacant Home or Land

Own a vacant property or land you’d like to see serve a greater purpose? Your unused home or land can be a game-changer for residents in our community. Let's collaborate to turn your property into a beacon of change!

Please note that vacant land or homes must have a clean title with no encumbrances. Ownership must be transferred through a title company or real estate attorney. A tax-deductible statement from Hope CDC will follow the title transfer noting the amount or value of the property.
