WE GIVE HOPE

The Sims League Apartments Site

HOPE CDC Economic Development

The problem that HOPE CDC strives to address through “The Sims League” housing development is the gap in quality affordable housing on the Far Eastside with a diverse offering of supportive services to address multiple family and life issues. People living in the Far Eastside neighborhood need a decent place to live to raise their families like others in our Indianapolis community.

HOPE CDC has inaugurated plans to partner with an experienced Affordable Housing Developer to guide HOPE through the entire development process to achieve a successful project. HOPE CDC has and will continue to partner with other organizations such as CAFE, LISC, IFF, Goodwill, the Boys and Girls Club, and other key community leaders.
