HOPE Community
Development Corporation
Our History
The City of Hope’s vision began in 2000 when Dr. TD Robinson and Mt. Paran Baptist Church (MPBC) saw their congregation as part of the solution to bringing renewal back to the eastside of Indianapolis. The congregants of MPBC have been serving the great City of Indianapolis since 1906 and continue to be active community leaders today.
Our History
Our Mission

City of Hope Apartments
HOPE CDC as an economic development organization is in the final planning stages of applying for funding to construct a 200 Unit affordable housing development, "The Sims League."
Dr. Robinson has successfully cast the vision and established partner teams to make the vision a reality. Safe quality housing with wrap-around services, jobs with sustainable wages, and quality affordable childcare continue to be the top three critical needs of the Far Eastside neighborhood.
The master campus development has been strategically designed to serve the multi-generational and cultural community while breaking down barriers for seniors, I/DD residents, individuals, and families with children. Additionally, services on campus, such as childcare, job training, technology, sports, and service support, is a life-changing for many residents.
